USER SATISFACTION SURVEY STUDY ON THE HERBAL REMEDY FOR PROSTATE HEALTH “SSP3-FORTE”
A survey study was made by inquiring 310 users of SSP3-FORTE.
- Survey
The survey has basically the following structure.

Regarding question 1, the more “YES” answers the user responds, the more BPH (Benign Prostate Hyperplasia) symptoms he has.
- User profile
The 310 inquired users are men which are between 41 and 95 years old.
Of the 194 users who provided information about their body mass index, 70.1% (136) are overweight.
63.2% (196) of the users reported taking drugs which can have adverse effects on prostate health (listed in survey’s question #4).
36% (113) of the users did not consume SSP3-FORTE in the recommended way.
- Satisfaction with the results obtained from taking SSP3-FORTE
Considering all users from the survey (ignoring if they consume SSP3-FORTE in the recommended way and if they consume prostate-harmful medication), the majority of the users (around 82%) are either satisfied or very satisfied with the results obtained from taking SSP3-FORTE, with only less than 2% reporting they are not satisfied.
- Regularity and continuity with which the users consume SSP3-FORTE
According to the survey, 36% of the users did not consume SSP3-FORTE with the recommended regularity and continuity, that is, they did not take at least 2 capsules a day (one at lunch and one at dinner) every day.
The users who take SSP3-FORTE in the recommended way (assiduous users) have a much higher average satisfaction than the ones that don’t (non-assiduous users): 90% of the users who take SSP3-FORTE in the recommended way are either satisfied or very satisfied with the results from taking SSP3-FORTE, as opposed to the users who didn’t, for which that percentage decreases to 67% (see figures below).
Moreover, the users who take SSP3-FORTE in the recommended way have generally a lower number of ‘YES’ answers about the 10 BPH symptoms when compared with the users who don’t (see figure), which suggests that users who take SSP3-FORTE in the recommended way generally suffer from less of these 10 symptoms.
In other words, in order to enjoy the expected excellence effect of SSP3-FORTE, intake discipline is important; the inadequate regularity/continuity of SSP3-FORTE intake will increase the chance for a user to become less satisfied and for the HPB symptoms to remain.
- Medication which can have adverse effects on prostate health
Now regarding the 197 users from the survey who took SSP3-FORTE in the right recommended way, 64% of them reported taking one or more drugs that can have adverse effects on prostate health.
The users who report taking this kind of medication have a lower average satisfaction than the ones that don’t: 93% of the users who report not taking the referred medication are either Satisfied or Very Satisfied with the results from taking SSP3-FORTE, as opposed to the users who did report taking those drugs, for which that percentage decreases to 88%.
Furthermore, the users who take the medication have generally a higher number of ‘YES’ answers about the 10 BPH symptoms than the users who don’t (see figure), which suggests that the users who take medication generally suffer from more of these 10 symptoms.
In other words, SSP3-FORTE users must regard the kind of medications that they are following, since these drugs can deteriorate prostate health and, thus, reduce the efficiency of the therapy with SSP3-FORTE.
- Poorly or not satisfied SSP3-FORTE users
When analyzing the poorly or not satisfied SSP3-FORTE users in particular, the survey results indicates that the great majority of them (91%, which includes all “Not Satisfied” users) either do not take SSP3-FORTE in the recommended way or consume medication that can have adverse effects on prostate health, which justifies the observed poor satisfaction.

The following SSP3-FORTE users that will be described are users who responded to two or more inquiries while they were taking SSP3-FORTE.
- User #31370
Born in 1949. Took SSP3-FORTE in the recommended way.
Responded to two inquiries, the first in 25/06/2014 and the second in 10/04/2015.
In the first he reported that he is taking SSP3-FORTE for 6 months and that he is Satisfied with the results.
10 months later, in the second inquiry, he reported now being Very Satisfied with the results and that he stopped feeling 6 symptoms, namely P1, P2, P3, P4, P5 and P10.

Born in 1957. Took SSP3-FORTE in the recommended way.
Responded to two inquiries, the first in 20/09/2016 and the second in 06/12/2017.
In the first he reported that he is taking SSP3-FORTE for 6 months and that he is Satisfied with the results.
9 months later, in the second inquiry, he reported still being Satisfied with the results and that he stopped feeling 2 symptoms, namely P4 and P9.

Born in 1937. Took SSP3-FORTE in the recommended way.
Responded to two inquiries, the first in 13/05/2015 and the second in 13/10/2015.
In the first inquiry he reported that he is taking SSP3-FORTE for 3 months and that he is Satisfied with the results.
5 months later, in the second inquiry, he reported now being Very Satisfied with the results and that he stopped feeling 3 symptoms, namely P5, P9 and P10.

Born in 1937. Took SSP3-FORTE in the recommended way.
Responded to three inquiries, the first in 12/03/2015, the second in 03/01/2016 and the third in 24/11/2016.
In the first inquiry he reported that he is taking SSP3-FORTE for 3 months and that he is Poorly Satisfied with the results.
10 months later, in the second inquiry, he reported still being Poorly Satisfied with the results even though reporting also that he stopped feeling 2 symptoms, namely P3 and P8.
10 months later, in the third inquiry, he reported now being Satisfied with the results, reporting also that he stopped feeling another symptom, namely P4.
In all three inquiries, this user reported taking medication that can be harmful to prostate health.

Responded to two inquiries, the first in 17/02/2014 and the second in 22/04/2014.
In the first inquiry he reported that he is taking SSP3-FORTE for almost 6 months and that he is Satisfied with the results.
2 months later, in the second inquiry, he reported now being Very Satisfied with the results and that he stopped feeling 3 symptoms, namely P1, P2 and P10.
